You Are More Than Your Resume

As a Career Coach, it feels very rewarding to help my clients write their resumes. A well-crafted resume is a huge confidence boost because you can see all of your best skills and competencies at a glance and, as a result, you feel more prepared to market your skills in your job search.

However, even more important than having a great resume is knowing that you are much, much more than a list of skills and experiences! You are person and your inherent worth is not dictated by your market value.

Knowing and accepting who you are - in your center – is the most important thing. It’s the foundation that everything else rests on. That is the basis for true success in life - in your career or otherwise.
